Rahmatun Chowdhury, a retired School teacher , renowned philanthropist and ardent feminist, founded the AR Rahma Women’s Welfare Organization in 1999 in Rangpur, Bangladesh. This initiative was born out of her unwavering commitment to empowering women and supporting those in need. The organization is dedicated to providing a wide range of services to uplift and support women, particularly those facing various challenges.
